The Paris Hilton Sex Tape - A Critical Review One Night In Paris (2003) Starring Paris Hilton and Rick Solomon
Every art form has its seminal works. There’s the Mona Lisa, Michelangelo’s David, Welles’ Citizen Kane and many more. A new work has come to public attention in these last weeks that will surely stand the test of time to stand among the giants that set the stage before it. A work that brings cinema verité to a new level.
Filmed entirely in haunting night-vision, One Night In Paris is an exciting and moving piece of art. The film opens with a POV shot of Paris, on her back and in the throes of ecstasy. Her unnaturally thin body seems almost cartoon like, her head not so much framed as inflated by the silvery-green bob of hair that sits upon it. Her eyes are darkened with black eye shadow and shine white in the negative light of the night-vision. She looks less like a human than some creature from a X-Files episode. Amateur porn becomes science fiction epic. The credits don’t specify who was responsible for her otherworldly appearance, but count on an Oscar nod for best visual effects.

I wrote this two Christmases ago. I don't even remember what it is about, and I don;t feel like reading it right now. Why don't you read it and tell me!

I forget why I wrote this. It's a bit of a horror-y thing. Similar to "How Fast Can You Run" actually.

I wrote this several years ago when my dog Molly died. I recently shared it with Heather when her gerbil died. Now I share it with the rest of my loyal audience.

Storygeist: Fine enough
I don't know why I wrote this. It just sort of came to me.
It's not really about dying. It only seems like it is.

Storygeist: Wistful
I'm starting a story for a horror anthology submission. I will be riffing off the Mothman events in Point Pleasant, as related in John Keel's The Mothman Prophecies. Lest you think Christina is my Indrid Cold, think again. Anyway, not much to start with, but it is a start.
( And here that start...starts! ) |

Sorry this took so long. Actually wrote most of it on Saturday, but I've not been feeling great so did't finish it til tonight. This is shoremaid's writing assignment. She wanted a story about fire, and I wrote one. I took a few liberal interpretations with the subject matter when doing so, unlike with the last one. Anyway, here's "Fire".

This is spikeydemon's writing assignment. She wanted a story about trawlers on the North Sea. I've done my best to give her such a story.

This is me purposefully trying to write a story in which no one is missing anyone or feeling bad about anything. |

Gunbunny Concerto is still going. I'll have to edit it down to a better size. It's too big for its britches. Read this offering instead. |

LJ meme: "Write something for me. Just for me. Post it in your journal so everyone else can see it, too. A sentence, a paragraph. Nanofiction. Short story. A scene, dialogue, a picture described, a moment, anything. Long or short. But it's got to be just for me. Tell the world you wrote it for me, even. Mine."
Then feel free to put this up in your own journal, and I'll reciprocate.
So this was written, expressly, intently and specially for you, shoremaid.
